Mashiv HaRuach
‘Mashiv Haruach’ is a magazine for Israeli Jewish contemporary poetry. The project ‘Market Poems’ brought poetry into Mahane Yehuda market – twenty three poems were sprayed on stalls, walls and benches, on beer coasters and grease-drenched falafel bags. We stepped outside and filmed four short teasers for the project. The most fascinating of all was the encounter with the lady from ‘The Original Bourekas from Haifa’, who schooled us along with the entire market.
